Welcome to Sebastiani's Italian Bistro. I've worked with Pablo for a year and known him for a lifetime. I'm not just his business partner ? I'm his little sister.

My name is Maricarmen and I was born and raised in Lima, Peru. Growing up, my father was in the Navy and Pablo and I were lucky enough to travel the world. That experience exposed me to many different cultures and ignited my passion for great food and wine. I eventually headed west to attend college in Boston and now I find myself in sunny California.

One of the things I love about being in the catering business is the chance to meet new people and chat over a gourmet dish and a glass of Chianti. Some of the best stories are told over great food -- it's the meal that makes the evening.

At Sebastiani's, we realize the importance of great food and personalizing each event to give you the experience you are looking for.
